The Tobin Fraley Collection

The following description is from the original tag which was attached to the carousel animals.

“Discover Willitts Designer Galleries, a series of Limited Editions. Our Premier Edition is designed by Tobin Fraley. Tobin's interest in the carousel began during his childhood. Today, at Tobin Fraley's Studio in Oakland, California, Tobin and his staff restore over 100 carousel animals a year.

Using only the finest of materials and craftsmen, each piece is handcrafted to meet his specifications. The underside of the animal carries Tobin's signature. A minted Brass coin with the distinct Tobin Fraley emblem is affixed to the base indicating the edition number.
