Introduced: 1988 Edition: Limit: Item: 0811 Height: 2" Width: 2"		Hand and Hammer Silversmiths Carousel Horse 1988 The size of this ornament is about 2" X 2" The graceful form of this Sterling Silver collectible reproduces the work of America's most famous creator of carousel figures, Gustav Dentzel. Dentzel came to America at age 20 and in 1867 began to build carousels. Dentzel's animals were more anatomically correct than the works of most other carvers. This piece represents one of his more complex and lifelike carvings.
