There are twelve different Disney characters that make up this collection.
Some are easily recognizable, but a couple you have to stop and think about.
The figurines are made of fine bisque porcelain and delicately hand painted,
each of the twelve Disney character designs represented has been crafted
expressly for this original collection. They were sold on a subscription
only basis with the figurines selling for US$29.95 each.
The wooden carousel, which came with the set, is quite large and measures 17" wide and with the center pole, 12" tall. The display has two levels and indentations to place the figures in. It rotates like a lazy susan.
